I can only snap with my thumb and pointer finger

I’m not the person you asked but I also can’t snap. It’s entirely a physical issue for me. I have very hyper flexible finger joints (like fingers bend all the way backwards flat against the back of my hand) so no I can’t keep my finger straight very well and I can’t keep it straight for the snappy part. Every time I tell someone I can’t snap they try and show me how. It’s cool though because not everyone can do nifty finger tricks like me

I have always been curious about what goes through someone’s mind the first time they try a very dangerous drug. Like, I understand systemic poverty and how some people are more likely to be exposed to it than others, but the actual “fuck it” decision to use the first time still baffles me.

I was doing pretty well on this until a couple years ago I needed surgery to keep my insides from becoming outsides. The surgery was way better than the recovery.
