Not sure if this is a good idea. The technology is not yet mature on the software side. Why not wait a year finalize the software then mass produce. Why mass produce all these bots that are 70% there but not 100% there? But I guess if you have the capital to blow then why not just hit the ground running and learn-by-doing. That's the benefit of governments throwing money at industries.
